Our goal is to review your contract, answer all your questions and inform you of various provisions that stick out to us. Our goal is to make sure you understand your contract and are comfortable signing it.

Our Contracts Attorneys

At Drason Law Group, we exist to serve our clients. We offer comprehensive contract review services to our clients. Once you send us your contract, we review it, comment, and discuss the contract with you. We give you our honest opinion on your contract and the risks involved. We are located in San Jose, Ca and service the entire California region. Whether you’re far or near, our contracts attorneys will take the time to go over your contract with you in person at our office or over the phone. Our goal is simple, we want you to be confident in the contract you sign.

What a good contract review attorney does

A good contract review attorney will take the time to review your contract. Sounds simple and straightforward, but you will be surprised how many attorneys will simply glance over a contract and make assumptions as to what the clause means. Our contract review attorneys avoid the "skimming" practice, we will review your entire contract and ask questions if there are any, ask you about the circumstances under which the contract was signed, if the contract warrants the question. Our contracts review attorney will either call you or email you their findings, suggestions and recommend edits if necessary. Not all contracts that we review need work, often contracts are well written and clients just need a second opinion. If we think a contract is well written, we will inform you of this, and answer any interpretation related questions or concerns you may have.
This is our opinion make a good contracts review attorney:
One who
  • Answers all your questions and concerns
  • Reviews the contract thoroughly
  • Gives you an honest opinion as to the quality of the contract
  • Recommends edits if necessary
  • Responds to your questions in a timely manner
